This beautiful seacoast themed wedding was held at the Stage Neck Inn Maine. Lenka, of Lenka Flaherty Photography had the opportunity to photograph this ocean side wedding and shared some of her favorite shots with us!
Gina and David were married at the Stage Neck Inn, York ME. This is an amazing oceanfront wedding venue located on the coast of southern Maine, minutes from downtown Portsmouth New Hampshire and about 45 minutes from Portland Maine. The beach and stately York Harbor “summer cottages” are a perfect backdrop for wedding photos. Guests can stay overnight at the Inn, with treatments at The Spa at Stage Neck and 18 holes of golf at a nearby course.
“Stage Neck Inn is a gorgeous location on the coast of York ME. The little cape shaped spot makes this place very cozy and private. The Bride and Groom loved the seacoast and this location was perfect for them and the amour of guests.” said Lenka.
“The bride and groom had a Seacoast themed wedding with seashells, blue, green and light yellow combined. Stunning center pieces – well arranged floral designs.”
“Gina and David are a wonderful couple. Gina is a neurosurgeon and David works at BSI Building Specialitsts LLC.”
“This wedding was very private so photojournalistic style was necessary to prevent any disturbance. I used external lighting for formals as well as for reception, especially for dancing shots.
“After the wedding we literally trashed the dress while photographing them in the ocean. We had a great time and they love their wedding photos till today. Very fun and happy wedding!”
