Joel is a AA pro hockey player for the Quad City Mallards, and also actively farms with his parents in Crookston. Tiffany is a University of Minnesota, Minneapolis grad, and currently working as a Dental Hygienist. I absolutely LOVE their proposal story-Joel surprised Tiffany… to make a long story short, the proposal took place in the middle of nowhere, in a bean field at 4:00 a.m.!! It was perfect for the unique history of their relationship and strong bond that they share. Tiffany and Joel both have such loving supportive families. There were many moments in which I was fighting tears, one of those moments was when Joel was giving a speech after dinner, and getting all choked up, expressed his appreciation for Tiffany’s loyalty to him through out his (self described) “extremely selfish” career path.
Needless to say, the wedding was amazing. Her dress, a design by Martina Lieana, belt-by Enzoani and her beautiful shoes-Kate Spade. Her dress, belt, and the guy’s tuxes came from Bridal Accents Couture and decorator Cherie Russel-Crooks did all of the decorating at the reception.
The ceremony was at Shattuck St. Mary’s in Faribault, and the reception at the Owatonna Country Club.
